Order Processing:
- Please allow 2-5 business days to process and ship your order. We ship on business days, Monday through Friday. U. S. holidays are not considered business days. During busy or high volume periods, shipping times may vary.
- During the holiday season (November - December), order processing and shipping may take 3-7 business days due to higher order volumes.
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Note: TS Pink Corp. observes an annual holiday break during the last two weeks of the year. The exact dates will be posted on our website, and orders placed during this period will be processed once we return.
U.S. Shipping:
- We offer shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.
- Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
- Please expect longer shipping times for all orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping for retail orders.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the continental U.S.
- Standard, express, and priority shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location and delivery choice.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
- At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different delivery locations.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Out-of-Stock Items:
- If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, our customer care team will promptly contact you to offer a solution that best fits your needs.
Order Cancellations & Adjustments:

Missing Packages:
- If you don’t receive your package after receiving a shipment confirmation, please contact us at website@tspink.com with your order number, and our customer care team will assist you in resolving the issue.
